      Working at Quick Quack Car Wash has been the best decision I have ever made. I am valued and appreciated as well as allowed and expected to have a work life balance. A company that truly values their employees.

      I wanted to share my thoughts on working at Quick Quack Car Wash. One of the biggest pros is the opportunity for growth within the company and the chance to develop both existing and new skills. I also truly appreciate how much effort the company puts into maintaining the positive culture that was created. It’s clear that Quick Quack cares about employees’ well-being without judgment or singling anyone out, which I really value.

      I have no cons to mention about my experience. Choosing to work at Quick Quack Car Wash was a pivotal decision for me, and I am pleased with all the steps I've taken here to cross that bridge.

      Pros

      - Work life balance -Lots of room for advancement due to growth -Great pay -Benefits -401k -Ownership Program I've been able to either speak to or meet in person with the head of every department including the Founders. Never have I worked for a company that I have been able to do that, it makes me feel like I'm a part of.

      Cons

      -Due to the fact we are growing and trying to accomplish things we have never done before, systems and policies haven't been created yet so that can be frustrating. -There are times when we can get lost in all the change and advancement that is going on around us. - Growing pains but it comes with the territory of growing the business.
