      Pros

      The culture is hands down the best I have ever experienced in a work environment. They really care about you as a person and help you learn and grow. We are very fast paced and continually drive for success. They value the work and effort I put in to process improvements and provide helpful and kind feedback so I may grow in my personal and professional life.

      Cons

      Remote work can feel lonely sometimes, but they honestly do a great job at communicating with each other and making everyone feel included and valued.

      Pros

      They have leadership training which shows how much they really care about their employees. The people that you work with are fun, smart, and hard-working. You can always find someone who can help you with your question or to bounce ideas off of. I know everyone on my team on a very close level and we are very supportive to each other at work and in our personal lives. It is unlike any other work environment - in a good way!!!

      Cons

      The company is growing fast, which can be chaotic, as processes and workflows are constantly changing. There is a lot of pressure to perform. If you do not perform, you will be held accountable, which can be stressful.
