      Pros

      A fast paced growing company that wants you to grow with them whenever possible. This is a company that's full of people that want to win and be great at what they do while still being kind. Proving you don't need to be a jerk to win in business.

      Cons

      Growing this fast comes with growing pains. To be successful here you will need to be comfortable with the imperfect reality of moving forward and learning as we go.

      Pros

      Awesome culture, teaches you how to work hard, dedicated team members and leadership. Kind people, fun environment, lots of snacks and perks. Overall just a good place to work. I love the team atmosphere.

      Cons

      Lots of pressure to perform and do well, which can be good and bad. Frustrating when other team members don't pull their weight.

      Rapidly Growing, Positive Culture, Love my Team!

      Pros

      Even after a year in my role I am excited to be with a company with healthy growth, leadership that supports the company mission of Changing Lives for the Better, and a team that is professional and truly Smart, Kind, and Driven, The company culture is very positive and collaborative and I enjoy working with my team.

      Cons

      Don't really have any significant cons, unless you are a person who is not comfortable with changes and process improvements to support their rapid growth.
