The expectations set by management are ridiculous, though they don’t tell you that the better you perform the more benefits and vacations they earn. Management style is inconsistent, constantly being strict then lenient. Management plays favorites so obviously that if you call them out on your experience, they will cut hours and give you unnecessary write ups under the guise of “not performing well”. HR and management secretly come up with plans to fire people and watch them in the cameras until they can find evidence of something punishable. This company has a ridiculous way of making employees feel undesired, overworked, shamed, depressed, and isolated and they don’t realize the effects of their actions for the mental health of their employees.
