      The environment is not bad

      Cons

      They expected to do a a lot of work for the payment . Training is horrible. they don't have somebody with knowledge to train. Management have so much to do that they dont pay attention to the new hires and there is a lot of negativity upon the employees specially the ones tha had been there for more than 10 years.
