      There is nothing to say positive ever since manager changed

      Cons

      Pathetic working conditions, bad behavior towards drivers and new hires, keep on backbiting each other, Keep on passing racial slurs and innuendoes. The supervisor are not worthy, the dispatcher has a superiority complex. Never interested in helping new comers and think of drivers as slaves.

      Executives & Management care more about their bonuses than they ever will for their staff. Nepotistic. Very corporate.
