Pros

Quiktrip has good pay, benefits, and easy to schedule time off. Very structured.

Cons

Limited movement above Store manager position. Very political.

Pros

Time-off is given as needed and the company finds a replacement for you, Leaves of absence for college, tuition reimbursement (while working FT or PT), flexible scheduling for clerks, great pay for high school students, safe even for a 16 year-old, well-lit, generally well-liked by the public

Cons

No preference of promotions for those with college degrees. All store management positions had extremely long hours! 48-55 hours a week!

Fixed hours stink for entry level Some markets experience no growth, which means no promotions Managers can document you on minor stuff if they are in a bad mood.
