Pros

Provide a livable salary, decent benefits and excellent retirement plan. They give you all of the tools, company vehicle, training and support you need to do your job well.

Cons

Very demanding pace and it’s difficult to put a bead on how well you’re performing because it seems like upper management doesn’t know how to really measure performance. Slackers slide by too long, but get paid just the same as standard and high level contributors, sometimes more.alao, priorities are standardized on paper, but shift frequently based on emotion, so if you’re good at the job, you can easily get pulled away often to take care of issues that your peers should be able to, but management doesn’t want to deal with.

Pros

Lots of great people at Quiktrip, and had almost no people I met that I was not a fan of; compensaion however makes the job worth the downsides of customer service.

Cons

As a Relief Assistant the schedule was the main reason why I stepped down.
