1yWe appreciate you taking the time to provide constructive feedback regarding your time with our Quisitive India team. Feedback always gives us a view into what we are doing right as a company, and the areas where we need to focus more concerted efforts for improvement. We've always promoted a culture of inclusion, fairness and transparency, so it is disappointing that your experience with the company was not a positive one. Your feedback is timely as we are making great strides in addressing some of the challenges that we've been facing to ensure a more cohesive and integrated US and India team. In addition to the recently launched global mentorship program and upskill training curriculum, we've optimized our global services delivery model by adopting an "India First" initiative as we look to better balance our global leadership and delivery teams in the coming years. This focus allows us to scale and integrate our teams more efficiently for larger strategic customer engagements and presents our employees across the global new and challenging career, technical and leadership opportunities.
