Pros

Small company with big company values and drive. They are an old-new startup with lots of experience and expertise. Great work environment, leadership and management invested in making Q a great place to work at. Local projects with minimal travel.

Cons

I was not there very long, and I really did not see any. I enjoyed everyone I worked with and think there is huge potential for the right people.

Pros

The consultants are nice and talented. The array of different projects is good when they have them.

Cons

Management and executives are only out for themselves and will throw you under the bus to cover their butt with the CEO. The CEO says he has an open door policy and he does. He listens but nothing happens. The RIF's are very scary for the rest of us here. We don't know if we are next as they are not selling projects.

If you look at the reviews, you can tell that they got flooded with negative ones, so the company encouraged the writing of positive reviews. How can a company only have 1 or 5 stars? Take the most recent 5 star reviews with a grain of salt, and realize there was a directive from above.
