Pros

Quixey has built cutting edge technology that sets it apart. Every person's role in the company is very important and makes a big difference. It's a fast growing startup with tons of potential. I feel very lucky to be a part of it. It's definitely an exciting time to be working at Quixey.

Cons

Growing always presents challenges, but the company seems to be handling it well.

Start-up at the frontier of mobile app search

Pros

The biggest reason to work at Quixey is that it is at the bleeding edge of mobile search focused on how to make finding functions and content inside apps easier - globally. The company is one of the very few US companies that has made inroads into China successfully with a large local presence, strategic partnerships with Alibaba and understanding culture of Chinese companies.

Cons

Management does change direction every few months but its also a reflection of their need to evolve in a fast changing mobile landscape and what the market needs tomorrow rather than where it is today.

Pros

Don't know what to say that hasn't been said already. Its great some milestones were reached. Some talented engineers and coders. It's a nice group of people

Cons

Company direction is fragmented and there's confusion about which product lines and which market segments to pursue. The one and two star reviews already posted are accurate. Quixey isn't the place for mid to senior people looking for career growth and fantastic things to add to their experience. Some people hired have been sitting around with nothing to do and in some departments, they hired too many people so they sit around pushing paper. It's a top heavy company.
