What a waste of talent and money

Pros

when I joined this company there were so many great people, talented, lots of money (from various rounds), large paying client and the future looked bright. The people (engineering) were the real pro. I am an experienced engineer, and still learned a lot.

Cons

The company has lost direction, no money, no product (going in rounds) and the talent is leaving, because the company does not value its most important resource: the people. There was an amazing team in Tel Aviv, and the company just fired them all.

Pros

Intelligent and enthusiastic coworkers. Solid learning opportunities. A lot of self management. Great location for commuters.

Cons

Lack of general management. Vision seems blurred. Too much pivoting. Eventually going in circles. Nepotism is real here, while its not terrible, its noticeable.

Pros

It is a good location and is a comfortable place to bring in a paycheck while looking for the next gig.

Cons

Most of the good people have left. Nearly everyone else have given up and are anxiously interviewing for new jobs. Company is full of inexperienced friends of the founders and has burned through most of its cash.
