Manager constantly harasses employees about performance!

Salary and benefits were decent, but....

Cons

Meetings were usually unnecessary and a waste of time. It's all about the manager either being arrogant or constantly harass employees about performance! Leadership was ridiculous and awfully incompetent.

I liked the team I was on in the beginning

Cons

Management consistently showed a lack of respect for employees' personal time. Their actions suggest a lack of genuine concern for employees. Managers often deliver vague or non-specific comments, which leave you without a clear understanding of how to meet expectations. Very small portion of reps are consistently hitting quota. All in all, I would steer away from this company, a total waste of time.
