- Disorganized leadership team. Priorities are constantly changing and arent' often communicated to the rest of the company.
- Culture is not engaging. Lots of siloed work and head's down focus, without a lot of social interaction.
- Business is slow. Challenging to get the business to work with large healthcare systems.
- Comp is low for the amount of work you have to do.
- Parental leave policies are in place but leave is discouraged esp for fathers.
- Business and team is contracting, so there isn't much opportunity for growth and development (unless you're in some customer facing teams)
