Pros

Thoughtful and humble leadership that are passionate about the vision and care about the team. Really engaged customers that are rooting for the success of the business and are excited to work with us to maximize their value. Healthy work life balance - understanding that we should be fast, but this is a marathon, so don't kill yourself in the process.

Cons

Normal growing pains - trying to move faster while growing; the hardship of hiring hiring hiring

Collaborative and transparent environment, lots of autonomy, really interesting problem focus and unique approach. Many opportunities to learn outside of my particular area of focus at the company. Great clients, users and team mates

Cons

Fast paced work and rapid growth sometimes comes at the expense of taking time to 'smell the roses'

Pros

Really fun place to work with snacks that change from time to time. I have been working here for a couple of months. I am gratified to see the impact I have made on the front lines at hospitals.

Cons

Team capacity is limited. Wish we could work on those cool projects on the infrastructure side that I dream about.
