      - Visionary, empathetic and humble executive leadership - Top name hospitals and patients who are seeing real ROI from Qventus - Flexible working environment - Room and support to grow your career - Purpose that is making a real difference - Family-focused startup (mature group who encourage a life outside of work)

      - A culture of consistent feedback can at times inhibit approvals - Growing too fast for our office space - Ambiguous review process / need to standardize processes as we grow

      - As Qventus is growing very fast (40 -> 100 in less than 6 months), company culture is at risk - No commute benefits

      Pros

      1) Filled with super energetic, smart and talented folks! 2) Passion for making an impact is spread across the company daily! 3) Management is quite transparent and honest with all employees! 4) Benefits and perks are good, and so is work-life balance! 5) Catered lunches almost every other day - they keep their employees happy! 6) Collaboration between different teams is pretty good to get a better understanding of the product and the customers.

      Cons

      1) Product can be improved to be more scalable and fault tolerant. 2) Engineering team needs more help and resources to fulfill the above point. 3) Can use better tools and consult data architects to improve the architecture of the system underneath.
