      Learning speed and impact can't be beat

      Pros

      This is the most engaged I have ever been in a job. Besides the number of hours in a day, the binding constraint on my impact is my own ability to prioritize and figure out what resources I need. I'm working hard, learning like crazy, and couldn't be happier that I decided to join. The leadership team is everything I would want them to be: humble, smart, and willing to get their hands dirty. The whole company is oriented around the actual outcomes that matter for patients, care providers, and hospitals, not just building a tool that sells. The mission is energizing and the business opportunity is enormous.

      Cons

      Getting acclimated to startup pace and the healthcare domain can be overwhelming at the beginning. The usual startup growing pains: we continuously have to relearn how to do everything as old processes break as we grow in size. Current office is not walkable from Mountain View Caltrain (rough on those commuting from San Francisco).

      Pros

      Qventus is doing remarkable, groundbreaking work. The company is solving problems that healthcare has struggled with for decades...we help hospitals run more smoothly so that doctors and nurses can focus on taking care of patients. The people are the best I've ever worked with...Silicon Valley is filled with brilliant people but the Qventus team is experienced, humble, empathetic and truly good folks who are insanely focused on doing right by the customer and users. People have the opportunity to take risks and do great work. I could not be happier.

      Cons

      The company has seen massive customer growth over the past year, so like any startups, we deal with space issues, growing need for structure/communication/ policies etc. In addition, many roles are demanding, given the company growth. What's impressive is the fact that the team seeks out feedback and takes it to heart. One of the company values is continuous improvement, and there is total commitment to making things better all the time.
