      Pros

      Qventus is fully remote, but do a great job team building and fostering a strong culture. There is great flexibility, and you get to work on really cool solutions that make a big impact in healthcare.

      Cons

      Strategy changes happen frequently than I'd like.

      Pros

      This is by far the smartest group of people with whom I've ever worked. Yet everyone is humble. A really rare combination, in my experience. Everyone checks their ego at the door and respects one another - e.g. engineers understand they aren't marketers, sales understands they aren't engineers, etc. The team just wants to win together.

      Cons

      Genuinely don't have any cons. Love being a part of this team.
