Pros

This company is fully remote, with an optional company-wide conference once a year.

Cons

When I got a meeting with the new VP of People, I was eager to share some common frustrations across the teams I was working with. When I said, "We all work 60-70 hour weeks," she laughed and said, "Most people here work 80-90." This statement was her only response. The toxicity is normalized all the way up the ladder. Overworking employees with the false promise that "help is coming" is cruel. This leads to burnout and jumping ship. When people are expected to absorb responsibilities with nothing but an eye roll or a laugh from a VP, it's time to leave.
