They pay on time.... that's about the only pro and that should raise a huge red flag.

Cons

Stressful environment with unrealistic goals. I see adds every month for a procurement agent and it just makes me wonder why they can't fill the position. Oh right, nepotism, favoritism, director apathy and piles of trivial task remind me why. This should serve as your red flag.
