Micro management. Hard to be promoted even u can bring in lots of sales. Only no paper qualification but can talk rubbish can be promoted.

HR ignored a violent incident. A co-worker broke a machine and stuck me with it while she took a break, trying to pass off the broken machine in me. I turned off the machine to notify the room supervisor, as per SOP. The co-worker considered this ratting. She threatened to stab me in the parking lot. I immediately went to HR, interrupting their meeting. The co-worker was interviewed about the incident. She admitted she threatened me but was sobbing and giving excuses. She was not terminated or suspended. I asked why she was allowed to keep her job. I was told “she’s sorry.” She never apologized to me, continued to take attitude with me. I quit shortly after.
