Pros

+ Diverse team of industry veterans and experts in healthcare, technology, design and more. Ronin really takes advantage of everyone's unique voice. + Culture of ownership and accountability - everyone is living the "one team, one dream" mentality + Mission driven organization bringing the best AI/ML technology to radically change cancer care + Engaged, well connected Board and well funded company that de-risks most of the "startup" aspects + Fun, inclusive environment with happy hours, team events, dogs, learning opportunities and sunny/well-stocked office

Cons

- Moving very quickly with more opportunities than Ronin can possibly take at one time, so the company needs to remain focused and strategic in the direction

Pros

Lots of talented and motivated ICs and engineering managers.

Cons

- Awful lack of direction from c-suite - Culture of transparency heavily eroded with the onset of pandemic - Leadership was clearly trying to hide lack of growth and failed monetization strategies. Made layoffs and try to cover up why. - Siloed work culture, lack of coordination between teams - Poor product direction - Insufficient QA - Tied to Oracle at the hip. Thought that provided security, guaranteed funding from Larry Ellison. Mistaken assumption.
