Not compensated for higher workloads. Work ethic and performance will not change your raises/promotions or lack thereof. You must be a favorite to succeed and that requires becoming a yes man or being buddies with the right person. Leave your integrity at the door. If management is doing something incorrectly, you are not allowed to speak up. Your experience and knowledge will be ignored and is unappreciated. Very toxic environment. Some managers should not be allowed to be managers based on how they treat their employees.
