- Almost constant layoffs over the last 4 years. - Lack of diversity across all teams. - Limited opportunities as business continues to decrease across all major accounts. - Creative not as strong as it used to be - work is stale and lacks innovation. Became increasingly hard to sell work through. - Bad behavior goes unchecked, especially with creatives. - Leadership has no interest in making improvements with the current situation. People are burnt out, don't feel valued, and lack motivation.
