Pros

The R/GA name carries well with industry peers although this seems to be from a bygone era.

Cons

Tells the world it's for the connected age but lets its entire development department go and hires more "creative teams" that get in the way of insight and true innovation. A lack of original thinking. Perpetuating the idea that you have to take crap for ~10 years before you get to speak in meetings. Everything is a joke, nothing can be taken seriously. Not even £M in client budgets. Office is stupidly cramped. Executive client meetings held in a kitchen the size of a small studio apartment while "cool" kids gather around the coffee machine and talk about last nights conquest, all because old white egomaniacs need meeting rooms booked in perpetuity for "jamming." Pure production house. Imagine management consulting in a pair of skinny jeans. Stay away!

Pros

Global reputation and network Nice people

Cons

It’s the Wild West. Identity crisis and no clear vision. Mgmt has no idea what they are doing. Half the leadership walked out in feb 2020 because they saw the writing on the wall. The place is in shambles - can’t win or keep clients. Rate card is too high to be competitive. Can’t keep or retain talent bc it’s such a mess. Avoid at all costs.
