      Pros

      Good unstructured environment. You really feel you are in one on the best places in the industry. Entrepenurial spirit in every corner. Lots of things to develop if you are proactive and self conducted person. Interesting culture in the middle of a traditional ad agency and a technology company. Good HR team. They do what they can with limited resources.

      Cons

      Identity problem, nor a tech company or an ad agency creates some issues with people coming from both industries. Teams and managment have some arrogance, mainly in NY but it is part of the culture. Corporate IQ very low. It feels sometimes very unorganized. Some people believes chaos is a good thing, and it is for creation, but not for people practices for example. Management sucks but it is not rare in this industry. Heavy workloads and managers are expected to bill most of their time so they don't have time to manage, to learn or to teach.
