Pros

The pay and the benefits are great. It was the main reason why I took the job.

Cons

The overall employee experience was drastically underwhelming, especially for remote workers. They have fully committed to a distributed creativity model yet they have yet to commit to improving their experience for majority of their employees that work remotely. Additionally in the entire period I worked there, I probably only saw one project fully executed from beginning to end. The work and the amount of hours that are wasted because leads cannot properly manage client expectations is not worth it at all.

Pros

Cool office, snacks, easily accessible

Cons

They offshored tons of jobs from the SF office to Argentina, to save money. When the pandemic hit, axed many more instead of negotiating reduced salaries or furloughs. They could have leveraged us to plan and build new internal tools, or work on future pitches, if new clients were money-shy, but didn't. I mean, they didn't even try: incredibly lazy management.

Pros

Great people who are interesting and interested in each other's work. Generous leave for new parents. Great place to learn if you land on a good team.

Cons

Mid-level management is horrible. Can't speak too much about exec team but toxic work environment facilitated by people turning a blind eye to bullying and aggressive behavior. Moving between teams is practically impossible so growing here is not in your cards. HR will not help you. No work life balance and hard hours.
