      Pros

      R/GA london has a nice office in a good location, the people i worked with were driven and skilled at what they did, theres a good structure in place and training is important to them, there are exciting opportunities and support for startups which gives a diverse breath of clients and opportunities.

      Cons

      Long hours expected on some projects, new office is lacking in atmosphere somewhat and not all projects are run well but that goes for most places.

      The company has already gone a long way to improving cross departmental communication to help diverse and collaborative teams to perform at their peak.

      Pros

      Great environment, great people, a lot of knowledge. You can learn a lot, management on tech has improved over the past few months. Great teams are built here.

      Cons

      Planning is a mess, no one cares about how to get to deadlines, products are sold without knowledge on whether they can actually be built.
