No opportunity for growth, upper management gate-keeps and there's been four layoffs in under two years, unrealistic expectations from managers ("always on" mentality), managers can be quite rude and demeaning, there's a "yes man" ideology when it comes to clients, compensation is pretty bare and there's no opportunity to receive bonuses or raises, etc etc.

I heard so much great stuff about RGA before working there. I was so excited. And then I realized my office had no real clients, hack leadership, and a penchant to blame people with no power for why we never turned a profit. Oh, and dont have a family if you dont want to get sidelined and managed out. Strat team got months for a pitch and creative got days at the end. Then got blamed for losing a creative pitch that had a 180 page deck with only 4 billboards and all strategy on the rest.
