      Pros

      Global company, global clients. Most connected office. Great benefit and payroll. Lots of opportunities to learn and gain knowledge.

      Cons

      Too much stress and work long time which is the basic philosophy of advertising agency. Sometimes managers could not allocate correct hours to different employees.

      Pros

      Fantastic thought leadership and industry knowledge. Really smart employees. Everything depends on the group you are in and the project you are on. Most projects are really interesting, but sometimes you can get placed on a dud for long time. Depending on the group you are placed in, there is really great management and mentorship.

      Cons

      A lot has to do with who you know and how well you market yourself. If you get placed in a slow group or project, you can fall between the cracks.
