Pros

R/GA has a very relaxed atmosphere, with great people. Middle to upper management (some at least) are willing to listen and address concerns as necessary. The pay is good, and the roster of clients is impressive.

Cons

Some of the processes can be tiresome, and not as efficient as they could be in this day and age. Also, the company is very design centric, leaving tech with very little say sometimes in the final product.

Pros

The culture tends to be focused much more on getting work done but doesn't get all "serious business" about the work being done. Fairly casual atmosphere and you can come in past 9 and no one will bat an eye so long as you get your share of work done. They also have a nice, cheap coffee bar inside the building so you can keep focused on what you're doing and stay caffeinated.

Cons

The focus on results tends to also mean that the less monumental achievements get overlooked. At times there will be situations where producers or non-technical people drop the ball on key issues, and communication between different disciplines/teams in the company can be rather slow or unclear. Overall, most of these problems aren't too bad but pretty par for the course.

Pros

R/GA basically propells your carrer like no other place. They just won "Digital Agency of the year" so, just to have R/GA on your resume will help you out a lot in life. And through a number of big clients, it's usually a place that is able like no other to do new and exciting things

Cons

Because it is so big, it's a bit hard to manage talend. Everything has to be packed into little boxes, and that might not exploit one's full potential.
