Teams are too top-heavy - not enough junior employees who actually do the work, lots of talking in circles in meetings and having meetings about meetings instead of doing the work

The creative was interesting and exciting to want to join the team. The team is full of talented people and I had one of the best managers in all my career experience.

Cons

14 hour works days on Samsung global. Everyone develops stockholm syndrome where this is amount of work and complete lack of personal life is normalized. The expectations are absurd and people are online after midnight every day.
