Pros

A world-class agency but in an office small enough to know everyone. The SF office has heart. Senior management really cares about the employees, working to prevent burnout. Room for growth, opportunities for promotion are plentiful. Strong dedication to diversity and inclusion.

Cons

Typical agency woes - sometimes long hours, being on an intense project can lean to burnout. Sometimes not quick enough to address problematic team members, which can lower morale.
