Brilliant work and access to some of the best people in marketing along with open-minded and risk-taking clients. This is also a solid place for tech experts as its tech department is constantly evolving and using cutting-edge software and hardware. The leadership is good about keeping everyone (globally) up to date on their plans and progress. Overall they are working to increase diversity and the female leadership works to support development of the women in the office.
Cons
While it still has strong digital chops, there is a class of traditional creatives who are still focused on "the film". This stifles some work that could be so much more if they collaborated with the digital side of the house. It'll be interesting to see how they keep the culture intact as they rapidly grow.
