R/GA always keeps things interesting. I've been here 7+ years as both permalancer and staff. If you have the ambition to grow and learn and collaborate across multiple disciplines, this is a great place to be.

Cons

Because the company can be a bit organic, it can be challenging to find a steady routine, if that's what you're looking for.
