      Pros

      Awesome, smart people and great projects if you're prepared to work hard. Donuts on Wednesdays. Coffee bar in every campus.

      Cons

      Be prepared to work long hours and get burnt out if you're seen as one of the 'better ones'. Still very much a production shop so creatives don't have the voices they'd have at a traditional agency.

      Pros

      Super-talented and hard-working co-workers. As a producer, you have wide latitude and autonomy to build the business.

      Cons

      Work/life balance can be a struggle. The location of the offices in Hell's Kitchen leaves a bit to be desired. Would be great to be downtown.

      Pros

      I love the people I work with - so creative and collaborative.

      Cons

      work/life balance is rough. I work incredibly late hours for a position that's non-billable. I would appreciate more support around the benefits as well - lots that's offered, but no support to partake in anything.
