Pros

Good management, flexible, and very supportive of the continuing education of their employees.

Cons

Depending on your position, work can sometimes be repetitive so if you are looking for challenges, you have to be self-promoting and ask to be involved in different projects.

Pros

Good hours to work as a second job. Pre-Clerks work evenings until all the drivers are in, about 20-25 hrs a week.

Cons

You will be hired for 25 hours a week, but it's more like 20. Not bad if this is extra income, but if you are relying on the 25 you will be disappointed.

Dishonest company

Pros

The pay is not bad. However, they do not pay overtime for overtime hours.

Cons

R & L advertises to employees and customers that they treat their employees with respect and employees come first. This is not true. They have no respect for employees. They are not honest to employees. Very poor benefits to begin with and then they took a lot of them away. Worst company I have ever worked for.
