Pros

Established business and largest in the industry, so they already have numerous established clients. Moving more towards the Commercial Print side of things.

Cons

No room for upward movement. More of an Account Manager's role, as you don't deal directly with any customers. Just maintain accounts that have already been solidified.

Pros

The people at RRD are highly talented, truly care about customers and take pride in their work. For the most part it was a very stable company with average pay. My boss was very flexible with my working hours especially with kids. You also have the opportunity to work with some of the largest and most recognizable companies in the world.

Cons

Little to no bonuses, MAX and I mean MAX pay raise is 3%/yr...but realistically it''s more like 1%. They cut the pension program when I worked there too. No upward growth opportunities. They prefer that you be satisfied with pulling the same lever day after day..which can be boring if you're an innovative/creative person. RRD has 60K employees globally and it's very easy to get lost in the fold. Oh and the changes...there's always a new merger, value prop, company spin etc.
