It's a job until you find something better. Lots of favoritism to friends and family and smoking buddies in the front office. The rules don't apply to them nor do they have to put in a full day's work. Manager curses and wants it his way right now. Clueless about the equipment capabilities. Buys more broken equipment ready for the scrap yard. Supervisor want everyone to work every weekend even when theirs no work. Then wonder why we're over budget. Some micromanage even following you to your car or bathroom if you leave your machine for break. If you complain about anything the supervisor will find something to write you up about. Management doesn't want to manage. They're there to monitor the Kaos: late orders, running out of paper, wrong instructions, almost no training. Women doing the job 5 years get paid less than a new male employee with no experience. Leads make fun of those that bring up safety issues.
