      Supportive leadership and experienced coworkers, but low pay rises

      - experienced coworkers, who had plenty of knowledge to share - stabilized processes, all well maintained - leadership making decisions after discussions with all people from different fields engaged, all was always taken into account in order to really make the best decisions - friendly atmosphere

      Cons

      - low pay rises, hard to get a promotion - almost no benefits beside health insurance, medical insurance and seasonal gifts twice a year for holidays, plus summer holiday extra amount of money

      Cons

      lack of training terrible account managers a huge workload with little to no help Be prepared to work on 4-5 accounts by yourself too many team meetings. be prepared to not have a work/life balance
