Pros
Was fortunate enough to join the Colombo offshore team of this prestigious fortune 500 organization. I love there standardization of work across a global platform. A strong level of quality in products and extreme customer focus. Provided opportunity for performing employees helping me excel in career in very short span.
Cons
Reason for leaving was high level of stress created due to the 24/7 operative project I was working in. Administrative waste was bit high on my opinion in Colombo, SL.
