Well good atmosphere and employees hve benefits like free beverages ,salary in advance,providing quality food for dinner and no pressure at work ,socialised ppl etc

Cons

Incentives and process dismantling ,people are not properly recognised or paid for the jobs.workwise no pressure but management wise its worst wen it’s come to salary sytems

Pros

Team members are friendly. Work pressure is manageable in most cases. In my opinion, one of the best places to start a career in BPO.

Cons

Salary package could be a drawback for many, night shifts can be tedious in the long run especially if you are required to work for six nights a week. Also, getting sick leave can be a tough call at times.
