Pros

Good for getting job experience to go elsewhere.

Cons

Manager bullied and belittled employees and even though it was brought to HR's attention nothing was done. RRD expectation was that work came first before anything else. Benefits were expensive and didn't cover much, no 401K match. Favoritism was used throughout the facility for career advancement and learning opportunities. I would definitely not recommend anyone to work for RRD.

Pros

Depending on who you are you ccsn work from home.

Cons

None of the systems are integrated and all are ancient. 1% raises for last 3 years, no 401match, no bonus. U have to use RRD sites for projects even if they cost more than outside vendors.

Depending on the client you service, exposure to interesting industries and work. Dedicated coworkers. Base salary and vacation to offset no 401(k).

Cons

No 401(k) match is the biggest downside, and doesn't appear the financial health will improve quickly enough to support reinstating.
