Pros

Not too much commotion, I always feel like I have plenty of work to do and plenty of variety as well. Great co-workers

Cons

Terrible management. I feel like I'm always being bombarded with work that isn't very rewarding. Never feel like I have enough to do.

Pros

Great communication with management and staff. Friendly atmosphere where people share ideas and help each other.

Cons

With green initiatives in place, printing is not what it use to be. Content is viewed on laptops, tablets and phone device.

Pros

Good solid company to work for with good compensation and benefits. Worked with a lot of wonderful people.

Cons

Management didn't train new employees well. New employees were thrown to the wolves and expected to figure it all out on their own. When going to your supervisor to ask a question they would do the work them self and say, "there, it's done". They wouldn't train you how to do it yourself. Probably one reason that division was closed down.
