      Pros

      It’s a job pays me well and the great professional team we have makes up for all the other negatives. The people make the work.

      Cons

      I work with RRD’s remote on client site team. When you are onsite it’s like you are NOT a part of the RRD company. Work as a solo team. Not much corporate support or communication. Benefits are not good. It’s like a sweatshop workhorse environment. The extra work and time you do is NOT acknowledge or appreciate. On the contrary it’s expected. You can’t take a vacation day without having to log in to check in your work. It’s a bad culture.
