Management to employee communication is terrible and is likewise awful between department managers to one another. Over 8 years, every benefit has dwindled to no 401k match, no pension for new employees, always miss out on profit sharing because of impossible sales goals, health insurance is awful, etc. Overtime is readily available but it is mostly to compensate for poor scheduling or Printer Errors from other locations and in many cases, it is involuntary.
