Business Outlook
Pros
Hours were flexible.Overtime sometimes available during the week. Weekends off. Reasonable shift hours. Independent work encouraged. Nice coworkers. Location in regards to distance from home and school was reasonable.
Cons
Under staffed,little to no training for "new hats" no room for climbing the ladder. Under apppreciated for above and beyond teamwork monetarily. Lack of resources to truly excell.
