      They always seem to have open positions available.

      Cons

      Management completely detached from needs of clients they claim to serve. A lack of understanding and knee jerk reactions guide the ship. Not able to retain information, often leading to confused and angry decision making. Masters of back pedaling and saving face. Don't be surprised if at time of contract expiration, clients choose not to Reenu.

      I really enjoyed working with the client.

      Cons

      Rapid management turnover, constantly rebooting management team. Lack of investment in software and basic business tools, struggling company, all the best people leave. No budget for anything, not even basic office supplies or xmas parties. Staff way too thin for volume of work. Promised bonuses never materialize.
