Pros

The pay is decent if you work overtime.

Cons

Literally everything else. Benefits are laughable (the vacation policy especially) Management is virtually non-existent. Harassment is tolerated. Any warm body can fill a role, even at a detriment to the department. Complaints are not addressed. HR and Management work together to give you broad and vague "updates" when there is an issue "being worked on".

Pros

Unfortunately, compared to other employers, I can't honestly provide a positive to working there.

Cons

They take, take, take, but when you need to have the favor returned, its out of the question. Management was over bearing, with a punch-in/punch-out mentality, complete lack of human approach to employees.

Pros

There are good people at almost every place of employment. You can some find good people who work at RRD.

Cons

If you are able to then you should stay away from the company. RR Donnelley has not been profitable in recent years and this is a reflection of the leadership at all levels. Benefits can be categorized as at the lowest / minimum level. Most employees pay significant out of pocket costs. RRD is a leader in all forms of discrimination based on gender, ethnicity, age, disability, religion, and veteran status. From the first day at RR Donnelley, and all the years in-between, the company culture perpetuates negative and oppressive atmospheres of intimidation and exclusion.
