      Pros

      There are lot of Pros in RRD, I'll list it out here, 1. Freedom 2. Work timings 3. Supportive managers 4. Corporate culture etc...

      Cons

      1. They didn't spend money for any events. 2. Some Operation managers(big tummy) are very cunning and they didn't try to understand their employees needs. Lots of micro management
